I'm fine with indefinite forbearance. One day I won't be here, and I have no kids that it can be dumped onto. Basically just forgiveness with extra steps for me.

I was fine in Save paying a reasonable payment every month. I would welcome another lawsuit because those of us in the Save plan that were paying before administrative forbearance were okay with our payment and payment schedule towards loan forgiveness

Our paychecks were taxed, some of our tax money was used to fund federal student loans, we repay them back on daily compounding interest AND THEN we have to pay tax on the forgiven amount. My tax money at work getting taxed again and again 🙄

PEOPLE, you still have a few months until you actually need to make a decision. Wait it out and see what happens. If you need to switch at the last minute be prepared to do so, but for now, take all of the extra months of forbearance that you can

Hey so some of us switched out of the plan two weeks ago because of all of the “do it now” I’m going to sue if I could have stayed in SAVE and had this because this is out of control

I very regrettably switched plans out of SAVE because of all the uncertainty. Monthly payment skyrocketed. I'm gonna have to defer because there's no way in hell I can afford what they're asking. SAVE was manageable
