Yes, similar to the Texas ice storms. Compared to Canada, not cold. However: when no infrastructure exists to manage it, it feels much worse, and the effects are more significant.

bear in mind too you're in Manchester and Scotland where it's been much cooler than down south and mainland Europe. South England is more like 36C which is nearly 100F. Paris is 40C

We also made our houses with pure concrete and their designed to keep the heat in so when it comes to heat wave the heat stays in lol I was at my house yesterday and it was 45°.!! That’s not a normal.

please don't say Europe like it is all the same in every country! Here in Italy of course we have air conditioning because summers are usually hot. In northern Europe (UK, for example) heat waves are something really new (a couple of years) and last just a couple of days, so air conditioning was not necessary until now

Breezy in the shade?!?!!😳 There’s no breeze at all where I am, zero. It’s 9am and it is already 26°C in my living room. 27°C outside. Let’s not forget sunrises at 4.45am and doesn’t go down until 9.45pm. That’s 17 straight hours of sun and 70% humidity.

you're talking just about the UK right now, which is not as not as a lot of Europe right now. Italy, Spain, France etc are currently hotter than the weather in Florida AND our infrastructures aren't made for these kind of temperatures. I have AC. It's still absolutely miserable

Sorry, please stop talking about "europe" when you are talking about England. Today, it will be 39°C/102.2°C in my part of the netherlands, with a humidity of 79%. And indeed, insidenis worse becaude we dont have aircon in our brick houses, that trap the heat. We do have fans.
