So I went through the official NTSB report to see what actually happened. The investigation found that the student pilot started the engine without properly adjusting the seat and without setting the parking brake. When the airplane began rolling, she couldn't fully reach the brake pedals, (not even stretched or sum lol) and the aircraft collided with two parked vehicles.
