Hear me out, they are both amazing, but puppy boys are better in my opinion because of how vocal they would be about their needs. For example, if a puppy boy were to want to be pet, he would whimper and beg for it. Meanwhile (depending on the type of catboy) catboys are more likely to be tsunderes, and be less vocal. And while yes they would end up in the same situation, both needlessly begging for your attention. I would prefer a puppyboy who would whine and beg for pets, rather than to have to try and figure out if the catboy wants to be left alone, or actually wants to be pet.
