I’m 51 and i have always been active with sports and going to the gym etc, so I’ve had a good base through life..the only thing I’ve changed is the way I train..and I can not tell you how important maintaining muscle is as you age..I still have a healthy amount of muscle it’s visible I can do a single leg deadlift hold for 30 seconds and I can get up off the floor without using my hands..so building muscle and working at your mobility is the best thing you can do for yourself as a woman..eat protein as well I have a high protein diet, I’m telling you that future you will thank you.
