One spirit week was "Spirit Day". And instead of dressing or painting the school colors... I wore a bed sheet to be a "Ghostly Spirit"... it had mixed reviews.

I dressed up as mothman for Halloween. I'm very pale so I put on a little bit of gray powder to be a little more moth like. The party lights were green and it made the gray look very much black in photos

Also in 6th grade I (elder Millennial) was a geisha for Halloween because I already had the clothes from family that lived in Japan. The face paint, however, was new. It all came off before school even started and I wore my gym clothes 🫥
