I work in the shipping department of an aerospace company and let me tell you how many very large aerospace companies absolutely refuse to allow us to ship anything FedEx because of all the damages and freight claims have occurred 🥴

I have canceled orders if I find out they use Fedex delivery. They are so much worse than USPS is and that’s saying a LOT.

We absolutely have nothing but problems with fed ex as well, there are sites that we won’t shop because they exclusively only ship with fed ex. They are horrible!

The shrink wrap on this pallet was not tight enough and there weren’t enough layers. Those boxes slid right off the pallet in transit, they did their best to repalletize it and get it delivered. I work in a warehouse. You have to pay extra, and mark your freight as “non stackable”, maybe even get the no stackable cones to place on top… they are going to fill the truck up like Tetris…. You should build a wooden crate if you ship like this again! I say all of this to help you with the next shipment, not to blame you for doing this one wrong! 🫶

Trust me when I tell you this the drivers gets a box that is absolutely destroyed. The driver will tell Fedex hey this isn’t good anymore it’s destroyed . Fedex will tell them deliver it. 💯

FedEx has been sketchy AF for decades. I quit using them after I had an issue with a delivery & they told me it wasn’t their problem. I only use UPS
