Do you rinse your food? I didn’t rinse before but was getting higher phosphate and nitrate. Started rinsing and numbers have gone down to .10 phosphate.

Man, I would rinse that mysis shrimp off good under running water. Those oils contribute to nuisance algae. Otherwise this is a good idea
