That is Stainmaster's fault, not Home Depot. It is the same as the picture; they just took their product photo under yellow lighting

That’s definitely not grey. It’s brown. It doesn’t look as warm because of the lighting in the room. Put it in a room with warm lighting and it will look identical to the sample photo. Lighting. Lighting. Lighting- always the first thing you need to consider when choosing colors. Just like paint

Most places aren’t going to deliver inside your home anymore. It’s been like that for years. Unless it’s appliances and it states delivery and setup. Should have ordered one box and see if you liked it. Home Depot didn’t do anything wrong

Do you have blue lights? Like 6000K color? Might try switching to 4300 or 3200K. Also printers always change. Even the displays don’t match that close

wofe changed her mind, lowes picked up the flooring from us. we got more, no delivery, and just brought it all home. but lowes took care of the original change :/
