I made the mistake of going grocery shopping right after getting my hearing aids. The world is soooooo loud!!!!

Now mind you I have gone couple weeks before with just one hearing aid in case where the other one breaks down and needs fixed. Even than that’s hard on the head or ears because your trying to figure out how navigate one again.

Never take out my hearing aids unless I’m showering or sleeping or waiting for my hair to dry. Those things are my lifesavers. Feel so awkward without them. But a good hearing break like that is awesome idea. Never even thought about that before. Noise can be very overstimulating sometimes.
