I had to learn that eating when not hungry and eating beyond satisfaction was a mental issue. Such a hard lesson. I def have those 2 or 3 bites but that’s truly all I need now. I’m down 80lbs (all natural) and maintaining for 4 years. Love your content! 🩷🫶🏼
