Chicken: Season Chicken breast with • Oil • Garlic powder • Onion powder • Paprika • Italian seasoning • Salt ( a small amount) •Tony’s Creole • Black pepper Rub seasonings in and pan sear then set aside Sauce: • 2-3 cups Heavy cream • One bag of Parmesan Cheese •Minced Garlic • Butter • Same seasonings from chicken Add butter in a pan first, after melted add minced garlic and cook until you can smell it. As soon as fragrant, go ahead and add your heavy whipping cream. and Season with same seasonings. Your heat should not be above 3-4 or your sauce might break. Add parmesean cheese in one handful at a time, whisking in between. If not thick enough after you are out of parmesean, add a little mozzarella. Bread: •Italian Loaf Butter, Minced Garlic & Italian Seasoning (Or use compound butter) Bake at 375 for 3-5 mins Pull your bread out of the oven, cut up your chicken breast and layer it like you see in this video!
