@madelainerascan: Ahhhhh the freeeeeedom! 🙏 It is so incredibly freeing to know that no matter where you are, maintaining your results or just starting to build them, you need nothing but yourself. I used to pay so much money on gym drop-ins, F45 classes, just so I could feel like I was staying on track any time I went away. For YEARS. Not only was it expensive and annoying, it felt like my results could slip at any point. I just did. not. know. that I could be in control of that. It's so different now. Every time I go away with fam we set up on the deck or grass and crush a Studio Era workout because it starts the day off so right. (IYKYK!!) Many will say if you want to move your body on holiday, you're extreme. I couldn't disagree more. Moving my body and strengthening my muscles is a gift. And idk about you, but for me it's a bloody good time. Huge burn, when done correctly, incredibly effective. I feel like a million bucks after, it helps me make smarter decisions with my nutrition and I come home feeling amazing. PS. Bodyweight Baddie drops July 1st for my ladies who are ready to kick ass with zero equipment or fuss. Let’s get it!!!

@MadelaineRascan I Don’t have much gym equipment at home (low weight dumbbell and resistance bands) and the gym is extremely expensive where I live. Could you drop this routine in details please?? I have a 5x6 space I can use to train in my « living room »!!
