I understood that if you go in strict Christianity religion, it is forbidden to test the devine. Only God knows the plan and you shall not interfere with him. Divination is almost evil from the Christ’s religion as I was explained. Otherwise, you can believe there is a god, a holy spirit and practice Tarot or divination with tools. If you choose Jesus’s path, you shall not use no more of the tools. It’s a religious point of view.
