I forgot it was Fleet Week and was completely freaked out by the Blue Angels today because I thought they were fighter jets deploying. I live up near Mount Vernon, so I only heard the jets. Also, that cat baby looooves you! 🥰

For the cat tree a couple things that have helped cats I've lived with get intrested are leaving a couple treats on the platforms, or catnip of their into it; and also if it has using scratching post bits us them ourselves, like just me or housemates scratchimg it with our hands because apparently their 1000% more interesting after You can actually also do that with the platforms to, it seems to be a pretty good way to single "hey this is cool and fun" Also it might be a placement thing, I know a few times shifting furniture and cat trees has changed one from being almost unused to the new hang out spot. I don't know how your apartment is set up but our house has found that the most popular spot tends to be the one with the best people watching spots/best overall veiws of the house, so it could be worth moving around if possible to see if he wants a different viewpoint
