Not a bad movie, Lobo doesn’t add anything to the plot, could be more colorful, and could’ve had more direct action shots when Kara flies around in the last fight

I give it a 6/10 because of one major Plot hole. Spoiler alert. The whole movie revolves around saving Krypto from a poison that only Krem seemingly had an antidote too?? (That’s another thing) but they could have just brought him under the Sun. He would have healed like Kara does in the final. And the only justification for this is “to not move him or it’ll accelerate the process” but 5 minute later they show a teleportation device. Other than that it’s good. I didn’t get bored. I followed the story with enthusiasm. I liked that Kara doesn’t want Ruthy to kill krem so she doesn’t have any guilt but she does. She’s beyond that point already. The final needledrop was… unfitting but that’s more of a personal opinion.

Everyone was saying there was the worst needledrop in film history and i patiently waited to see what it was only to find out its cap. Sure the song choice is goofy but had none of the reviews mentioned it i dont think i would have ever thought anything of it

lobo was never supposed to be the main villain. the little girl was integral to the plot. Kara's not supposed to be Captain Marvel saving the universe. the slow song during the fight scene is intentional. I think people are just trying to hate
