Heyy so tip my dad has a similar couch to the one you love and the pull out thing almost always breaks and makes a gap its fixeble and his is also brand new😭 pull out couches arent the best thing

Hey!! I have that dream couch you are looking at. Word of advice- DO NOT LET THE KIDS JUMP ON THE COUCH. The part that pulls out has a lot of moving parts that can and will break from constant impact. Also, don’t let your kids pull it out themselves- it can rip the pull strips off and again damage the couch if done wrong. And can possibly pinch fingers. It’s a great couch and I love it but for someone with little kids you’ll have to set rules down firm!

I have the playground from Bob's! it's the one that has an addiction section on it & built in bookshelves. had for 2 years now. Still in perfect condition! Even with a 5 yo & 14 yo & 2 dogs!! Get the protection plan!!!
