I got a 2009 Z4200 Kohler 19 I bought new . it's got about 700 maybe hours on it. It still looks brand new. my trick to making it last is new mow in the rain and never get it wet 😂 lol. I spent a hundred bucks on filters oil belts and blades and change them even when they don't need it every year

I had something similar happen to my Stihl. Easy enough fix but kept happening. The stick had basically been melted into groove of pulley and had to hammer it out.

I got a Cub Zero that shuts down after 5 minutes with blades engaged. Im I looking at spindle, bearing, pulley or battery output? It will continue running if I dis-engage the blades when it starts to choke down.
