I get that all the time. I call it "anniversaries of what should have been". The day I first kissed my ex was May 27th. He discarded me after ten months. And on our first "anniversary" I was admitted to the psych clinic 😓 Because I had such a massive breakdown from it. Now it's three years later and I still remember all our anniversaries of things we experienced together. I relate to this so much. 🙏
