You need to do strength training 3-4times a week for building muscle as well as Fat loss. It includes chest, back, arms(biceps + triceps), shoulders, legs, forearm + neck. Overall 8 different workouts. All workouts have a core of 3-4 exercises per day max time u need is 1hr in a day. Legs workout is the most important and not to be missed as thats the foundation of our body. Happy to send u the workout breakdowns if u still keen.
