Once the camera is down remember there is a battery backup in the camera housing which must be removed immediately like as you’re leaving the scene. Definitely don’t take the camera anywhere you frequent like your home or work.

I got an amber alert the other day. they knew what vehicle they were in and the license plate but had no idea which way they were going. but they left a city where these cameras are everywhere. so if they are used for tracking vehicles then why didn't they know where this car was. answer is their not using them to solve crime. just surveillance
