@mareogohard: This exercise is excellent for developing your forearms, brachialis, and adding width to your biceps. I’m using the preacher curl machine to perform a pronated (reverse-grip) curl, which helps isolate these muscles while maintaining strict form throughout the movement. I typically perform 3 sets of 12 repetitions for optimal results.
