Yo Jacob I am a new gym member I went for 2 weeks and I couldn't go for 3 days I tried walking on treadmill at home my knees kinda hurt or feel uncomfortable or like stiff do you know whats that and like in the start it hurt also

Yo Jacob, about 60-90 mins before gyming I eat a big breakfast consisting of bacon, eggs and sourdough which gets me over 50g of carbs. Is this as good as eating fast absorbing carbs only before working out.
