never once used sprout. always go in person with confidence, ask for the hiring manager, & leave your resume—it humanizes you and immediately makes you stand out from the online applicants. I've gotten interviews at all of the positions I've applied for & have been offered the job at all but 1 place (bc of a god-awful interview that still haunts me to this day)
