It’s hidden inside the heritage listed Cathedral Room behind the iconic ANZ banking chamber within the original Melbourne Stock Exchange. It opened in 2024 and awarded The Age Good Food Guide New Restaurant of the Year before going on to receive Two Hats in 2025/26! ⭐️ For a limited time only, they’ve launched a $185pp seasonal Truffle Sundays lunch celebrating black truffle. Created by Head Chef Andy Roche, the multi course menu explores truffle in a range of different ways. This year’s truffles have been sourced from Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula, selected at peak maturity for maximum aroma and flavour. ✔️ Mushroom & Truffle Custard Tartlet - this little bite had the strongest hit of truffle of the whole menu
⭐️ Wholegrain & Rye Sourdough, Madeleine × RLR Truffle Butter - crusty, fluffy and the truffle butter (shaped like a truffle!) was clever!
✔️ Sommerland Truffled Chicken & Foie Gras Terrine, Ramarro Farm Pickles - I’m usually not a terrine person but actually really enjoyed this
➖ Leeks, Whipped Fourme d'Ambert, Hazelnut, Truffle
➖ MB9 Sher Wagyu Beef Cheek, Watercress, Kohlrabi, Truffle - my friend loved this, I personally prefer beef cheek a little more fall apart tender

⭐️ Jerusalem Artichoke Crème Brûlée, Truffle - wasn’t sure how this would work but loved the balance of sweetness with the truffle We added on a couple of extras:
⭐️ Scallops - one of their signature dishes and SO good!
⭐️ French Triple Cream Cheese, Truffle, Peninsula Honey (add on $40pp) - very expensive but this may genuinely be one of the best cheeses I’ve ever had! Such a lovely way to experience truffle season and try it across so many new and inventive dishes!
