Save 2-3 cups of pasta water before draining. In a pan with oil, cook minced sausage until browned around the edges. Add peppers, onions, and cloves and cook for 2–3 minutes. Push everything to the side and add tomato paste, Epis, Habanero and thyme. Cook for 2-3 minutes until darkened. Add bouillon, cloves, and habanero. Pour in 2 cup pasta water and stir until thick. Add spaghetti and toss until fully coated.  Finally add 2 tbsp butter and mix until glossy Add more pasta water if needed. Mix butter, parmesan, and Epis together, then spread over the dough. Roll back up, brush with egg wash, and bake about 8 minutes more than the package instructions. ………………… BOILED EGGS Boil eggs with the pasta for 7 minutes for jammy centers or 12 minutes for hard-boiled. ………………… EPISCHUP, I don't know if this was a thing but I made it and definitely better the regular ketchup!
