Literally going through my divorce right now and this is my situation! He never wanted to face anything, couldn’t communicate, take accountability, and “wanted to live his life.” Little did I know I’m the one that had life to live. I spent so much time pouring into him, I forgot about myself. Now I set a standard after taking a closer look at how I was treated and will NEVER allow that again, I will stay single before I ever end up in that situation again.
