Your fascia follows the same rules. Your lymphatic system drains along the same pathways. Your blood flows through the same vessels. The anatomy is not trending. It’s not evolving season to season. It’s fixed. A deep muscle like the masseter needs slow, progressive, deep pressure. Not because that’s my preference.
