Hair tests are not effective. Hair is made of dead tissue and does not contain antibodies, immune cells, or active biomarkers that can react to food. Commercial hair tests often rely on "bioresonance" or electromagnetic testing, which lacks scientific validation(this doesnt completely invalidate this method, there just isnt enough repeatable, verifiable evidence to show effectiveness). Studies show that when the exact same hair sample is sent to multiple different laboratories, the results often conflict with one another.
