Not to backseat box but I did Muay Thai for 12 years. You’re punching with a rigid body and not pivoting / shifting your weight as you punch and especially not as you make contact. Just believe you’ll move the bag and eventually it will.

Don’t forget to work on endurance. It’s so important your endurance and stamina are good I rlly can’t stress this enough this goes for all combat sports imo

Your technique just keeps getting better and better 🙌🏽 now, I do see a slight difference in speed with the left hand, compared to your right. Might want to put some focus on the left a bit more. There's also times where the initiation of your punches are pretty obvious. Work on not giving your punches away too soon. You're such a beast 💪🏽
