I don’t usually go for meals like this as I don’t like too much spice but this was just right for me! If you like a lot of spice feel free to add chilli in to all elements of it. Recipe inspo is from @sadias_haq To make this for two people you will need the below… Chicken: 6 chicken thighs 4 tbsp natural yoghurt 2 tbsp tandoori spice 2 tsp cumin 2tsp corriader 2 tsp paprika 1tsp garlic 1/2 lemon Rice: 100g basmati rice 1/2 onion diced 1 green pepper diced 2 tsp garlic puree 2 tsp chilli paste 2 tbsp tomato puree 2 tbsp tandoori spice 1 tsp corriander 1/2 tsp cumin 1 tsp paprika Salt & pepper to taste 500ml chicken stock Add all the chicken ingredients to a bowl, mix until all the chicken is coated then cover with cling film and marinate for at least 4 hours (the longer the better). Add the chicken to the airfryer and cook for 15 mins at 205 or on a grill setting if you have it For the rice wash and then leave to soak for 15 mins. Add the onion & pepper along with some oil to a pan & fry off for 5 mins. Add all the herbs, spices & tomato puree and stir through leaving to cook for another 5 mins. Add the stock & rice then leave to simmer on a low heat for 15-20 mins until full cooked through. Top with the chicken, chopped fresh coriander & some chillis then serve!! ••• ••• ••• #manchesterfoodblogger #mealideas #mealinspo #quickmeals #quickrecipes #midweekmeals #familymeals #healthymeals #recipereels #foodreel #foodreels #foodrecipes #foodrecipe #dinnerinspiration #dinneridea #dinnerinspo #budgetmeals #mealplans #tandoori #tandoorichicken #chickendinner #onepot #onepotmeal #airfryerrecipes #chickenthighs #marinated #basmati #basmatirice
