Reminding myself that my worth is not determined by the state of my skin. 🫶🏼 I started Nemluvio four weeks ago and although my eczema itch is completely gone 🙏🏼 I have broken out in basically a full body eczema flare, most of which is nummular eczema which is new to me. Nonetheless, I am sticking it out and trying to give it the 4-6 months that my doctor recommends to see if the medication is a fit for me. I will also be incorporating some new things into my routine to try to get my skin to looking as good as it feels.
