If u take photo without permission, they can sue. But in this case, its world cup, photography is allowed and CR7's team even reposted, hence implying approval. In that case, its CR7's media team's due diligence to credit source of the professional photo. CR7 owns the right to prevent photos taken or retract photos taken, but the photographer owns the right to the photos taken with permission.
