@thefoodinbox: Crispy rice paper seaweed chips!! Ummm hello?! How did we not know about these before now?! They literally take 3 mins start to finish to make, they come out SUPER CRISPYYY and there’s no oil or anything so I guess there’s also healthy? 🤪 Ingredients: Rice paper Nori sushi seaweed Salt Sesame seeds Water for dipping the rice paper Method: 1. Take 1 sheet of nori seaweed and sprinkle a generous amount of salt and sesame seeds on top 2. Quickly dip 1 sheet of rice paper in water and place it over the seaweed, pressing down so it sticks 3. Trim the rice paper/seaweed so that they are both the same size, then cut into 4 quarters 4. Place the pieces into small bowls and microwave for two minutes - that’s it!
