@lala.moten: Before the Father’s Day week ends, I wanted to share this clip. I spent my first Father’s Day without my daddy working at ESPN… what a sentence. He and I would spend countless hours breaking down my plays and analyzing stats. You think AI is good? ChatGPT had nothing on my DADDY’S sports knowledge, okay?! He didn’t become Syracuse’s all-time leading scorer for nothing. But I digress. Being able to talk sports on this day felt like such a full-circle moment. It reminded me that even though he is no longer physically here, everything he taught me still shows up in the rooms I prayed to be in. Thank you to my producer Christina and the entire team for giving me the opportunity to honor him in such a special way. I will continue to honor him every day, but I am so blessed that I got to do it on Father’s Day. Saying I got to talk about my DAD on @ESPN will never get old.
