I was a only child till 12, I now have a baby brother that's 11 years younger than me. I experienced being an only child and an older brother. I fell like a parent to my brother, I always told my parents that I wanted a sibling, now I have one but I fell like it's to late to have fun with him. I am too old and he is to young. I relate so much to this video, I even ended up crying.😭💕

i have a brother but almost everything here applies to me because he's 8 years old (i'm 16) and no he's not "cute" he's the most horrible child i know and i hate him.

the worst part is that board games were some of my favorite things ever. I had dozens of them, and I loved them all. But I had to play by myself most of the time.

Ask someone who’s the only child and only has one parent and isn’t close with anyone else in my family, I’m so scared for the day that my mom passes away. I will seriously be all alone.

People in comments saying it's not that different....Who will be in the front row at your parents funeral, or your funeral? Or who will be around to remember your childhood with you when your parents pass on? For only children, it's mostly empty chairs and no one to say "remember that time we-". Because there's no "we".
