Looks amazing. I don’t think this would be value the house. If you went to sell it, the buyer could always rip out the built-in furniture you’ve added and turn it back into a bedroom

It’s beautiful! But, as long as a double bed (even small double) can fit along one wall - this can still be classed as a “bedroom” when selling! So value isn’t entirely lost🥰 just a shame if someone needs it as a bedroom and has to rip out that beautiful joinery!
