Honestly, your best bet (since she has to beat Elden Ring specifically with no help) is to have someone help her get through one of the other Souls game and then send her off to play Elden Ring

I'm in my 30s. My mom got me into videos games Mario, Zelda, donkey Kong, and so on. I had to do 90% of her hogwarts legacy on easy with the highlight objectives option on. she can play it now all on her own after a year. I would be screwed with Elder Rings.
