PHILLY CHEESESTEAK CASSEROLE 🧀🧅🫑 This recipe is the heaven on earth. A must try this fall! INGREDIENTS: -2 lbs lean ground beef -1 tbsp olive oil -1 large diced onion -2 diced large green bell peppers -2 tsp minced garlic -8 oz (1 package) 1/3 less fat cream cheese -2 tbsp worcestershire sauce -Salt -Pepper -8 oz sliced provolone cheese -1 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add diced onions and bell peppers. Cook about 5 mins until soft. 3. Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds. 4. Add ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Break up meat and cook until completely browned. 5. Add worcestershire sauce and mix. 6. Reduce heat to low and add the cream cheese. Stir until it melts completely and mix everything together well. 7. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. 8. Layer with slices of provolone cheese and sprinkle mozzarella on top. 9. Bake for about 20 mins or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
