secret to make it more crispier: brush the skin side of the pork belly with vinegar mixed with salt & pepper..deep fry it for 20 minutes then removed it and let it rest..brush it again with tye vinegar mix then deep fry it again but this time for 10 minutes..let it rest..enjoy
