i learnt this after managing a provision store for person before learning a skill but one more thing as someone that deals with variety of items i think u should balance it by using the volume method on high moving goods then the profit method for those items that is not regularly purchased. Also u can use the volume method to sell out old stock that is soon to expire

when I was still in school the woman that use to supply me have once said smtin like this and even she said when she just started her business she deliberately sold exact money she got the goods to gain customers cos people love cheap things and still want it to be quality even though it pained her but she got what she wanted and what she got is more customers.different tactics just dey business to grow and to make more gains and the trust too..The same woman is international now,I just love learning and adding more knowledge when it comes to this business and thank you ma for this i grab it.
