I an a cpr instructor in Texas, I tell my students tgat ygey are covered by good Samaritan laws. I know the laws vary by state so I dont know in thus case if she could be held liable. but if so, I wouldn't perform cpr because Im not going to jeopardize my future or that of my family. also, I also teach my students tgat cpr even when performed properly sometimes breaks bones. I feel for this young lady.
