For Odette (the ballet girl) I can kinda understand?? I have done ballet myself and her outfit looks like it’s based off of swan lake and usually no matter how warm or cold ballet dancers have to wear the uniform/costume so that makes sense, but i get what people are saying :(

I wouldn't confidently say "coldest" region cuz there's parts of it, we get a peek of where the tsaritsa castle (or whatever it is) part of the map and it's lifeless and covered in ICE head to toe, I would say Some parts of the snezhnaya map would have different map appearance, knowing that some characters portrayed was in a different place, and it looks warm there.
