Girl! I love your content. I NEEDED someone like you in my life. I allow the scale to dictate the way I feel about myself. But this didn't start until I hit perimenopause. Now I'm postmenopausal, and these last several years have been so frustrating, especially considering I never had a weight issue prior. Thank you for your strong words and encouragement.

I love your videos! You are such an inspiration. I’m so guilty of being a victim of the mindf***! I have been consistently tracking for 2 weeks in a calorie deficit and have walked 2 miles per day in that time period. I need to incorporate weight training soon. How many days a week do you recommend and what is your go to breakfast? I’m 47, 5’4, 215

I am currently recovering from a concussion and struggling to be mentally okay with not exercising or walking for a few weeks. I am still keeping my calorie deficit the same, but should I be eating less as I can't exercise like I usually do?

what do I do if I'm progressing in like.. coping in different ways other than binge eating, and when I binge I'm more aware and I end up stopping myself at some point.. but my mind tells me that il never stop binge eating and I'm gonna give up on lifting and stuff?
