I literally watch employees at stores shove them under their work stations and say they never heard of them …apps say in stock … employees say they are sold out or they don’t know what I’m speaking about … like I literally just want one … I preordered at DSW.. drove the hour to the store on my off day .. all traffic and in a heat wave …only for the employee to smirk and say “you prolly got a cancellation email.. you need to look for those”… I never received a cancellation email .. I just wasted a couple hours on my off day … just to be lied to. I asked how it could be cancelled if I reserved it … she said “we runned out long time ago”. It was literally stocked last night and confirmed and I arrived the following afternoon. For over a week.. the charge remained “pending” on my PayPal until I reached out to DSW… bc I could only imagine I would probably be charged for a product I was not allowed to have. I still haven’t received the cancellation email but the charge is no longer pending after reaching out to DSW. Like just reserve your own online .. don’t take from the customer … don’t waste my day .. you need every single one? It’s crazy! It is impossible to get these in NY for even close to the original price.
