My mother in law brought me these from Guatemala, essentially like these tablets you’re taking about but in paper form. It’s like a parchment paper with all the spices for chicken. You wrap the chicken in it and put it directly on the preheated pan and let it cook. It’s pretty much witchcraft because the chicken always tastes so juicy and like I’ve been marinating it for hours.

there's certainly convenient, but I feel like if you control the some ring time and ratios on the anchovy and kelp packs they have a much more cleaner flavor. the coins tend to have a lot of random stuff in them and kind of come off like ramen packets to be honest.
