TRT, or testosterone replacement therapy, is doctor-prescribed testosterone for men whose own levels run too low. Average testosterone levels have dropped across generations, and genuinely low test drags down energy, mood, libido, focus, muscle and drive, so for the right man, TRT is life-changing. The key word is clinical: pharmacy-grade testosterone is dosed, sterile and lab-tested, a different world from gray-market vials. TRT is not for everyone, though, since many low readings come from poor sleep, stress, body fat or alcohol, all fixable without a lifelong commitment.
