Breakfast Smash Burgers 🍔 I didn’t think this would rock my world but it did. Every bite is absolutely mouth-watering. Recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients: 12 sausage patties (completely thawed) 6 muffins or biscuits 6 slices of cheddar cheese 6 eggs 1 Tbsp butter 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper 2 1/2 cups milk 1lb ground breakfast sausage Instructions: -Preheat griddle on high (around 450-500F) and oil down with a high smoke point oil (like avocado oil). Getting it this hot will make it possible to achieve that coveted smashburger crust -Place patties down and smash until flattened, flip after about 2 minutes. I did two sets of 6 patties due to the size of the griddle I was using. Set them off to the side -Grease 6 large canning lids and place them on the griddle. Crack an egg into each one and break up the yolk. Season with salt/pepper or your favorite seasoning. I used a Cowboy Butter seasoning -Cook down ground sausage. While that’s cooking, bring together the gravy by melting butter in a saucepan and adding flour, then mixing in milk (1/2 in first, let thicken, then 1/2 after). Add seasoning and finally the cooked sausage. You want it to be a thick gravy but not too thick -Build sandwich starting with gravy, patty, egg, patty, cheese, and more gravy. This is a great camping breakfast or just a nice meal in the backyard
Onion rings 🧅✨ Ingredients - 2 large yellow onions, sliced - 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour (1/2 cup for one bowl, 1 cup for another bowl) - 1/4 cup cornstarch - 1 cup panko bread crumbs - 1 cup club soda or sparkling water - 1 tbsp parsley (optional) - 1/2 tbsp garlic powder - 1/2 tbsp onion powder - 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika - 1 tsp chicken seasoning - 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional) - 1/2 tsp black pepper - Salt to taste Sauce - 1/2 cup mayonnaise - 2 tbsp ketchup - 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp smoked paprika - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp chili powder (optional) - 1/2 tsp black pepper - Salt to taste Instructions - Peel 2 large onions and slice into ½-inch thick rings. - Gently separate the layers into individual rings. - In a shallow bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, chicken seasoning, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using) club soda, and pepper. Mix until well combined. - In another shallow bowl add bread crumbs, parsley, and salt to taste. - In another bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of flour, salt and pepper. - In a large pot add neutral oil. Heat to 350°F (175°C). - Dip each onion ring first into flour mixture (shake off excess). - Then dip into the batter, letting excess drip off. - Then dredge lightly in panko after the batter. - Add onion rings into the hot oil in small batches. - Fry for 2–3 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. - Use a slotted spoon to remove rings and place them on a paper towel–lined tray or wire rack to drain excess oil. - Sprinkle with a little salt while hot. - Serve immediately with dipping sauce. • • • • #recipes #onionrings #snackideas #EasyRecipe
