But not just any snack, one inspired by The Bear's home town, Chicago. It doesn't get more Chicago than a beef frankfurter, does it?! Andy grew up around rustic, comforting food not too dissimilar to the dishes that shaped Carmy and Sydney. He even spent a stint working in Chicago, so when we handed him a Chicago-style hot dog, he knew exactly where to take it... a “dragged through the garden” style dog, loaded with all the traditional toppings, before adding his own Michelin twist, caviar and Sicilian prawns.
