@swack.shop: At this point I've learned not to question the pickle recipes. The pickle people always show up. Recipe: 1 pound rotini pasta 1 pound ground beef 1 cup chopped dill pickles 1 cup cheddar cheese cubes 1 cup diced tomatoes 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled ½ cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons ketchup 1 tablespoon mustard Cook pasta and cool. Brown beef and drain. Mix mayo, ketchup and mustard. Combine everything and chill. I thought this one sounded a little excessive. Turns out the pickle crowd disagreed.

I made this with some changes for health. 2cup dried high protein pasta, 2lb ground turkey, light, mayo, no added sugar ketchup 4tbsp, 2 cups chopped pickles, 1cup non-fat Greek yoghurt. Extra mustard,salt, pepper paprika in sauce to taste for great Big Mac sauce. Serve with shredded lettuce and sprinkle shredded light cheddar (instead of cubed cheddar). a big bowl….. Leaves you with triple the protein and 1/4 fat, sugar, starchy carbs. I eat this all the time at home without the pasta. Super filling and tastes amazing.
